YE’S TECHNOPARK APART HOTEL
YE’S Technopark Apart Hotel is a multifunctional apartment facility being built by Pioneer Group of Companies in the south of Moscow, a step from Technopark station on the Zamoskvoretskaya metro line.
506 apartments in five different formats are offered in the 24-storey building. Small studios starting from 18.5 sq. m., improved studios, standard and improved one-bedroom apartments, spacious two-bedroom units ranging from 70 sq.m. to 90 sq. m. All rooms are fully ready for moving in: the apartments are sold with a fine finish, some units are equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances.
Convenient, affordable and diverse infrastructure is one of the main advantages of the entire chain of YE’S apart hotels. The new project envisages a modern shopping gallery with shops for children and adults, a supermarket, trendy cafes and restaurants on the first two floors. There will be offices and actual coworking space from the third to the thirteenth floor. Open terraces where cafes will work, rest and relaxation areas will be located in the warm season are designed on Floors 5-6 and 13-14. The thirteenth floor will be occupied by the lobby, a fitness center and the facility’s management company office. The upper floors, from Level 14 to Level 24, will be occupied by apartments. -1 floor provides 24/7 parking lot for the residents’ convenience.
The architectural concept of YE’S Technopark apart hotel was developed by ABD architects, Russia’s design office, with 28 years of experience in creating unique architectural and interior projects in Russia and worldwide.
The main goal of the ABD architects workshop in developing the apart hotel’s facade solutions was to create a modern building of the style that matches the surrounding buildings. The alternation of “blind” and glazed, protruding and embedded surfaces, according to the facade pattern and plasticity, is applied. A ventilated facade system faced with composite aluminum panels will be used to cover the exterior walls.
The project will be fully built in 2021.
