YE’S Technopark is being built in a modern and rapidly developing area. Nagatino I-Land business center is a five-minute walk from the property. Business Park is the second largest facility on the Moscow office real estate market, after the Moscow City business center. By the time the YE’S apart hotel construction is completed, the Island of Dreams amusement park that is being built next door in the Nagatinskaya floodplain, near the Technopark metro station, will already be opened. 10 thematic zones with various attractions, a cinema, a circus, thematical restaurants and cafes, 200 shops and boutiques will be located under the glass dome of the all-season city resort.
